Siti is SEY's first year working with this washing station, a sub-kebele of Worka Chelbesa in Ethiopia's Gedeb region — an area that has been turning out exceptional coffee all season. Washed and roasted light in the SEY tradition, the cup is delicate and layered: watermelon and peach rings up front, white florals in the middle, and a clean citrus finish.

We carefully source all our coffee from trusted specialty roasters who prioritize quality. Available as whole beans, we recommend grinding them fresh just before brewing for the best flavor.
