Adaura is best known for the Geisha that took first place in the Washed category at the 2024 Best of Panama. This is the other side of the farm — the Catuai growing alongside it, washed clean and roasted light. Stone fruit sweetness up front, a bright edge through the middle, and a finish closer to dried date than anything sharp. A Boquete coffee for an ordinary Tuesday.
