Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, all sales on these products are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee purchases.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your order, please reach out to us at theave@kickavecoffee.com — we’re happy to troubleshoot, offer brewing tips, or make things right where possible.
Equipment & Apparel
We gladly accept returns on unused brewing equipment and apparel within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, email us at theave@kickavecoffee.com with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
