Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays with a specific product, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: Free — you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is available.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at theave@kickavecoffee.com with photos of the packaging and product.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
