Horizon | Hybrid Yeast Inoculation

Horizon begins with hand picking perfectly ripe Geisha Cherries, then conducting a whole cherry year inoculation. After fermentation, cherries are then de-pulped and the seeds placed on shaded, African beds to dry for up to 20 days. This advanced process produces both depth of flavor and remarkable structural clarity. Expect coffee flower and orange blossom aromatics, with notes of mandarin, wild strawberry, and white peach. Horizon's elegant, malic, acidity is complimented by its hauntingly long finish leave an indelibly experience.

Horizon earned prominence in 2025 when it was used to win (1st Place) in the US National Barista Championship.
