The Lasso family built El Diviso's name on fermentation — Nestor Lasso's experiments are why a farm outside Pitalito ended up on menus worldwide. This Typica Mejorado is the approachable end of that work: watermelon and lychee straight away, with a soft lactic tang sitting underneath.
