Arcadia
Roast Level: Light - Medium-Light
Tasting Notes: chocolate covered raspberry, cherry, creamy
Origin: Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia
Producer: Diego Bermudez, Finca El Paraiso
Process: 60% Washed / 40% Double Anaerobic Thermal Shock
Variety: Castillo
Recommended Brewing Method: Pour over, Filter
Diego Bermudez is the producer who made thermal shock famous, and Arcadia is his blend of both worlds — mostly washed Castillo for structure, with a double anaerobic thermal shock portion folded in for lift. It lands on chocolate covered raspberry, with cherry underneath and a creamy body that keeps it comfortable rather than wild.
We carefully source all our coffee from trusted specialty roasters who prioritize quality. Available as whole beans, we recommend grinding them fresh just before brewing for the best flavor.
