Not a co-ferment — just well-grown, high-scoring Caturra crop put through a big sixty-hour anaerobic fermentation, nothing added, followed by a brief wash to remove funky impressions. The result is a clear, direct blue raspberry slushie candy bomb: focused, multi-dimensional, and stupid fun. Grown at Finca La Soledad in Huila, a region known for bright, fruit-forward coffees and experimental fermentation.
