Cherry Crush comes from Finca Anaya in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, a family farm led by producer Sergio Darío Aranda. Sergio is part of a new wave of Colombian producers combining deep farming experience with more intentional fermentation, using careful cherry selection, controlled processing, and slow drying to create coffees that are expressive but still clean and balanced.


At Anaya, the focus is not just on making coffee taste “different.” The goal is to guide the natural sweetness and fruit character already present in the coffee. For Cherry Crush, Sergio uses a controlled fermentation process designed to intensify the cherry-like sweetness, floral aroma, and soft candy-like finish without losing clarity in the cup.


The result is a coffee that feels playful, elegant, and dessert-like. It opens with a bright maraschino cherry candy impression, followed by a delicate rose fragrance and a velvety sweet body. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a cherry vanilla sweetness that makes the cup feel rich, soft, and memorable.
