A 90+ scoring gesha lot with a nostalgic, cereal-milk sweetness — think Saturday morning and a bowl of Fruit Loops. Sourced from a collective of 17 small producers across Pitalito, Palestina, Acevedo, and Timana in Huila, each farming just 1-2 hectares. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, de-pulped immediately, fermented in cement tanks for up to 40 hours, then double washed. An extended dry in parabolic greenhouses — stretched to 12-20 days — locks in the fruit and floral character while building that signature cereal sweetness.
